Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in a student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring about 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student group.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for the role
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services

- Two-person couples role; both spouses must submit individual applications
- No alcohol on duty
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
