Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide guidance and mentorship, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions, attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support various student homes on a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle with eventual placement in a single student home. Eligible applicants receive relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; the role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with responsible conduct and integrity.
