Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents join Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and supervision for 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, organize development and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting/reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
