Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide care, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing household budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and extensive benefits are provided; requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. High school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; commitment to a safe, substance-free campus and to leading students’ spiritual development in a Judeo-Christian context.
