Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision and mentorship to 8–13 students in on-campus student homes, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role is a two-person, full-time position for legally married couples living on campus, with a nine-on, three-off schedule initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Compensation includes per-person salary (~$46,917) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and housing/meal provisions. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married two-spouse team age 27 or older. Proselytizing is prohibited; duties emphasize student welfare, mentorship, faith-based activities, and responsible household management.
