Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent roles on a campus residence for 8–13 students. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Chapel. Initially working nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. Requires married couples who are both 27+ years old, with high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus; both spouses must submit individual applications.
