Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. They will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance and paid training, and paid time off. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role requires being part of a two-person, legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and compliance with campus etiquette (smoke-free, weapon-free, no alcohol on duty).
