Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School in a two-person, on-campus living arrangement. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care and guidance, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration. Salary: $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple with housing and benefits). Proficiency in youth work and adherence to campus policies required.
