Job Summary
Two-person married-couple team serves as Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus in a student home, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role where the same students are in their own home. The position includes relocation support and comprehensive benefits, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and housing and meals while on duty.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services
