Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise and care for a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving and planning development activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable houseparent assignment with the same group of students.
