Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Residents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support to groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on/three-off work cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same home.
