Job Summary
Two-person, paid-on-campus live-in role as Flex Houseparents, responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students in a family-like home, including daily routines, student wellness, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions and Sunday Chapel. The position transitions from an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent assignment with continued housing in student homes. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and able to support student development in a fully on-campus setting with relocation to Hershey, PA. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year marriage minimum for both spouses
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to lead students in daily devotions and chapel services
