Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, and provide supervision, guidance, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living and working with the same students. Compensation is $46,917 per person (about $180,000 per couple), with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, and a legally married status for at least two years with both spouses age 27 or older. The position is on-campus, on-site housing provided, and the campus maintains a smoke-free and weapon-free environment with no alcohol on duty.
