Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time on-campus Houseparent role for married couples to supervise and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The position begins with a nine-on, three-off duty cycle and can transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27+. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits and housing. Applicants must complete individual applications.
