Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group.
