Job Summary
Married couples reside on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents to supervise 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and progresses to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and that both spouses are legally married for at least two years and aged 27+; up to three dependent children allowed; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
