Job Summary
Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are a full-time, two-person couple responsible for living in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, and mentorship to ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting and planning activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and reporting, and rotating nine days on / three off with a transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; relocation assistance provided. Salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits and housing. For consideration, both spouses must submit individual applications.
