Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married-couple role) needed to reside on campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and guide 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role transitions from Flex Houseparent (nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off) to Placed Houseparent living with the same group in their own student home. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a structured residential-education environment. This is a full-time, on-campus residential care position with two-person collaboration and oversight of student wellbeing and development, including budgeting and reporting responsibilities.
