Job Summary
Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents to live in on-campus student homes in Holly Hill, FL, to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-days-on/three-days-off to a continued placement in a single student home; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with smoke-free/weapon-free policies. Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
