Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for about 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917) with comprehensive coverage and relocation assistance. Qualifications include youth-facing experience, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, and a high school diploma or GED.
