Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for groups of roughly 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent arrangement living with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person of $46,917 (approx. $180,000 total per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, willingness to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
