Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions/Chapel. Initially support multiple homes on a rotating schedule (nine days on, three off) before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Competitive compensation per person with relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27+ years old; only up to three dependent children allowed in the home.
