Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-day-on, three-days-off cycle, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home. The position includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and a total compensation package around $168,000 per couple when including housing and meals. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
