Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent positions on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, with responsibilities including daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role while working a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle (with on-campus housing and benefits provided). Requires a legally married couple (both spouses must complete individual applications), high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; relocation assistance is offered.
