Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couples serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus-based student-home setting, residing in on-campus homes to supervise and mentor ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from rotating duty to a consistent placed home with the same group of students. The role requires living on-site, a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule during initial placement, relocation to Hershey, PA, and compliance with campus rules (smoke-free, weapon-free, alcohol-free) with a focus on student wellness and development.
