Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Residence in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attendance at Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on, three-off duty schedule with eventual placement into a permanent student-home, where the couple lives with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Relocation to Hershey, PA required
- Must complete individual employment applications
