Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in an on-campus student home at Milton Hershey School. Duties include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like environment. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent in a stable student home. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, two years of legally married status, both spouses aged 27 or older, no more than three dependent children in the home, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort leading religious devotions and chapel services. This is a two-person, on-campus role for couples, with both spouses applying individually."
