Job Summary
Two-person married couple role living on campus as Flex Houseparents in on-site student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and organized routines for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse requirement (two-person role)
- Must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Experience with youth or volunteering with youth
