Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) to live on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and guidance to 8–13 students in a home setting. Roles include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA with a starting salary of $44,768 per person, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or GED required. Paid training and full benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
