Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support; duties include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and potential placement into a dedicated student home; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and prior youth experience; relocation assistance is provided.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for married couples
- Legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
