Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent couple residing on-campus to supervise and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and activities, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed Houseparent role in the same student home; benefits include relocation assistance and comprehensive health plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse, two-year marriage minimum
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
