Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and housing reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
