Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Initially, schedules are nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
