Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time, two-person Flex Houseparent roles located on-campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide mentoring, manage routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The role follows a nine-on/twelve-off work cycle initially, with eventual placement into a single student-home assignment. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility to lead student spiritual activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
