Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Live-in, full-time Flex Houseparent role for a married couple to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions, coordinating household budgeting and reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social growth. The position begins with a nine-on/three-off duty cycle and can transition to a Placed Houseparent role with continued residence in the student home.
