Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role is a two-person position for married couples, with a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students.
