Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768.00), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, and valid U.S. driver’s license; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus and adherence to campus rules.
