Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Married couples reside on-campus in student homes (housing provided) and jointly provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, and may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is $44,768 per person (~$168,000 total per couple) with comprehensive benefits.”
