Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (couples) needed for on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in student homes with 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, medications, activities, and devotions; initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent in the same home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and handling budgeting and reporting. Benefits include salary per person ($46,917), comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications require youth-related experience, a two-year married status for both spouses, minimum ages (27+), up to three dependent children in the home, a valid U.S. driver’s license with van certification ability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with Judeo-Christian chapel services. This is a two-person, fully on-site role with on-campus housing and benefits; both spouses must complete individual applications.
