Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a consistent houseparent assignment serving the same student home.
