Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School are Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
