Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Married Couples) needed at Milton Hershey School to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. Two-person role for couples who reside in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like home environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed home. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) with total compensation around $180k per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, and paid training. Requirements include: high school diploma or GED, married two-person team, both spouses age 27+, driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, comfort with devotional activities and chapel, and prior youth experience.
