Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, on-campus, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student home.
