Job Summary
Two-person married couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in the same student home; relocation to the work location is provided as part of the role. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Sunday Chapel services
