Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental activities, daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older.
