Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple will reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, guidance, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision/mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a steady Houseparent in the same student home.
