Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. The role transitions to a placed houseparent over time.
