Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents – full-time flex houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and Chapel visits. Initially nine-on/three-off schedule, with progression to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Includes relocation assistance, extensive benefits, and paid training. Requires two-spouse, legally married partnership, both spouses age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
