Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (couples) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins as nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person with total compensation around $180,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older.
