Job Summary
Pair of married Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Kenton, OH, caring for 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible housing to a placed houseparent role. Requires joining a two-person team, following a nine-on/two-off schedule initially, with relocation support provided. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and able to obtain driver certification to operate student home vans. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
