Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents team living on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits included. Must be a legally married two-person team, with both spouses at least 27 years old, and possess a high school diploma or GED. Requires valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus.
